The RedPrime 400kW 1500V DC-DC Converter is a well-deserved successor to the 200kW RedPrime after more than 10 years of reliable service.

This upgraded, bidirectional 400kW/1500V DC/DC converter is designed for wall or cabinet mounting, offering the flexibility of both charging and discharging modes. With its combined buck/boost air-cooled design, it delivers exceptional performance and efficiency, boasting a current capacity of up to 500A and an impressive efficiency rating of approximately 98.8%. The units can even be stacked to achieve higher power without the need for communication between them (optional).

RedPrime 400kW provides various modes of operation, programmable limitations, and additional logic integration, making it the heart of your energy conversion system. Its fully integrated control and power units, coupled with an external filter bank, balance size and weight, allowing for easy installation and maintenance. You can pair it with your own inductors or the Zekalabs DC/DC filter bank for maximum efficiency and robustness.

Equipped with numerous communication interfaces, including Ethernet, RS485, and CAN utilizing Modbus, this converter integrates seamlessly with your industrial network. Plus, digital and analog I/O options offer extra flexibility during system design or ongoing projects.

With optional ZekaTrace™ and ZekaStream™ technology, you can monitor electrical characteristics and diagnose system health with unprecedented resolution.
